Position: SCADA Systems & AI Analyst ( Oil and Gas )
Salary: KWD 2,300 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SCADA Systems & AI Analyst to support and enhance our Oil & Gas operations through advanced SCADA monitoring, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational performance, improving system reliability, and leveraging artificial intelligence to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize SCADA systems for Oil & Gas operations.
- Analyze operational and process data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance improvements.
- Develop AI and machine learning models to support predictive maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot SCADA system issues and coordinate with engineering teams for resolutions.
- Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity compliance, and system reliability.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and automation projects.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience with SCADA systems, industrial automation, or Oil & Gas operations.
- Knowledge of SCADA platforms, PLCs, HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Industrial IoT (IIoT) experience.
- Cloud-based data platforms and analytics.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards for industrial control systems.
- Experience with real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions.
