Responsibilities:
  • Execute purchasing operations for all company requirements in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Source and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate best prices and terms.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods as per required specifications.
  • Review price quotations and prepare comparative analyses to support the best purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate with different departments to identify actual needs and prevent stock shortages.
  • Monitor supplier contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Prepare periodic procurement and expenditure reports and submit them to management.
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to work.
